The panoramic view from the breakfast area was absolutely stunning and made each morning special. The pools and whirpools offered plenty of options for relaxation, and the spacious gaming zone kept the kids entertained. Although the breakfast selection was good, it could use a bit more variety to keep it interesting. The location was also close to the Museum of Skiing, which made for a great afternoon visit.

Multifunctional swimming areas, onsite spa with family-oriented services, stunning mountain views
Long wait times for elevators during peak hours!!! High parking fees feel excessive, especially considering the limited options!!! Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms raises concerns about 5-star standards!!!

The hotel features fantastic pools and a comprehensive spa that kept us entertained and relaxed. The kids' area was a hit, filled with fun activities. Breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, but it became repetitive after a couple of days. The views from our room were stunning. the elevator situation was frustrating. We stayed on the 4th floor and spent a lot of time waiting or taking the stairs down to access the pools. finding food after 10 PM was impossible. The only option suggested was a petrol station miles away for snacks. Staff communication proved challenging at times due to limited English proficiency, particularly in dining areas. we enjoyed our family stay but definitely noticed some areas needing attention.

Recommend it for families with young children
The playground for children is indeed a standout feature. My son had an absolute blast in the maze while I enjoyed a peaceful moment on the sofa with my phone.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the fun and convenience it offered, it was still fine.

Jis, the kids' play area was such a hit! And the brekkie spread? Lekker! Really enjoyed the adult zones too, proper relaxing vibes. Plus, the pools were great for kids and adults alike!
The lifts? Eish, they could really be quicker. had to wait a bit sometimes.
